Hi All,
I've been struggling with my dream-sign reality checks, recently because of lockdown restricting my movements but i think it's something that's always been the case for me that I just don't see them in waking life and annoyingly, sometimes I don't realise they are right in front of me.
Has anyone got any tips on staying motivated and really drilling them into my brain? I suspect 'concentrate more' will be the answer but interested if anyone has their own method to overcome this?
When i do reality checks, i pause, and clear my mind, and really ask if i'm dreaming. I have to let the question flood my head and dont think about anything else. I do an RC everytime i watch a dreamsign, or when i realize that im daydreaming. Now, in my opinion, do not stress yourself with rc, because quality is better than quantity.
When you're not rc'ing try to be aware of your surroundings once in a while. Like Daniel said, you cannot bruteforce lucid dreaming, so if you put too much stress in any of the processes to achieve lucidity you will burn out.
Hope it helps.
