You can never seek enough inspiration!

It's hard picking a favorite that I haven't said before on the forum or on YouTube! For the sake of this comment, I'll briefly say my favorite moment in a lucid (the full story is somewhere on the forum) and an interesting experience from another which hasn't been said before.

My favorite moment has to be from a lucid when I was one of my own characters I had made. This version of the character hadn't seen his parents in a while and honestly didn't know if they were alive. I guess that was in the back of my mind at the time because I turned into him (trying a dream goal) and went inside of this house in my neighborhood. Inside was the characters "parents" and they provided me some shelter from what I was running from (it's a 75% chance that I'm getting chased in lucids, this was one of those moments). Well, they kept telling me how proud they were of me and how I had grown since they had last seen "me." It was a very special moment because, even though it was just what my brain was spitting out, it still felt meaningful.

Now for a bit of a wacky lucid. Going to bed that night I really didn't have a dream goal but I picked to become this musician because I was listening to some songs that day and if it worked it could help me with longer dream goals (shapeshifting factors a lot into longer dream goals). It was also a bit of a joke between me and my friend because this guy just appears in some of my dreams and I don't know why. Anyway, in the dream, after noticing that I'm dreaming, I walk through this mirror and, after coming out of it, I look in my reflection and it worked. I hadn't really put in the mental energy of planning ahead of what I wanted to do since I was tired so I basically wondered around the elementary school I was in.

I walk into the cafeteria of the school and people ask me to start singing because that's his job. The cafeteria is also open to the gym (in real life, this isn't abnormal as there is a foldable wall between the two) and there was a decent amount of people there though I don't think there were any kids there. The dream was also dark as well as I couldn't really see anything clearly. Anyway, I do end up picking a song that I know decently well (I don't know a whole lot about this musician so I had a limited amount I could pick from) and start trying to sing it but the words are out of order and it's somewhat over the place. In lucids, music never seems to work as sometimes I don't 100% know what song is playing/I'm singing, but this time I did know. I did wake up after a few seconds of singing and just shook my head because what else could I have expected of that situation?
