Lucid dreaming rename?

I think I heard Daniel talking about this on stream recently and I have been thinking about it since. The idea is to distance us scientific lucid dreamers from the spiritual new age side of lucid dreaming and provide a more accurate name. Though it would come with the disadvantage of a transition period and the potential the new agers just start using the new name. And we would have to pick it carefully in the case it becomes popular.

Some criteria for an ideal new name would be:

Accurate description of lucid dreaming

Easy to understand without knowing about it

Easy to say and write Would be difficult to pass off as be spiritually oriented

Does not make us look like lucid dreaming elitists

Easily used in casual conversation/ can be shortened So far the the options I have heard are

cognisant dreaming

conscious dreaming

dreams of knowledge

aware dreaming

(I will try to update this list from the comments) Cognisant dreaming seems like the best so far but it does sound a little pretentious though it may be worth it.

Edit: Now that I think about it cognisant dreaming does not work well in casual conversation. Maybe conscious dreaming is better? Any opinions would be appreciated.
