When I want to do the test, I don't do them as often as I should, What are some reminders that I can use in order to do a reality check more often?

I'm in a little bit of a hurry at the moment, so apologies if anything I say is unclear. Please feel free to ask if so, and I'll come back later today, when I can, to reply.
This question about prospective memory seems to crop up a fair bit during Daniel Love's streams, in his comments sections, etc. From what I understand, training your prospective memory is "Practice makes perfect". At least for me, I found that I simply had to start working on remembering to perform reality tests, and be strict about not relying on external reminders. It was a slow process at first, but after a little while, I found my ability to remember increased exponentially. Don't be too hard on yourself at first, and stick with it. Don't give up.
Also, when you do perfom your reality checks, I think it's wise to make sure you're doing them right (i.e. not on autopilot and/or half-heartedly).
There's a video on Lucid Dream Portal on prospective memory, here:

I'd also highly recommend watching the recent "How to Explore Lucid Dreaming" course that he made, if you haven't already. Here's the playlist link:

If you still need help, there's always the option of personal tuition with Daniel Love, of course. More on this here: https://www.thelucidguide.com/tuition
