I make it a point to eat at least two eggs a day for that Choline.
It might be placebo, but my lucid rate has increased since doing so.
It would be interesting to hear back from you guys how you supplement your journey without pills and powders.

2 eggs for me on most days. But my parents don't really like me eating so many eggs. They say it is bad for your cholesterol. But that is basically a myth.
I havenĀ“t had eggs for like a week now.....
I have actually been good for eating eggs this year, I have 2 most mornings
Before I found out about the choline I would sometimes eat even 3 eggs in the morning but not every morning. I might reduce to 2 and make it a more regular thing, has anybody seen an improvement by eating them later in the day or evening a few hours before bed or does it make a difference?
I have pretty much eaten 2 eggs every day for breakfast for as long as I can remember (I LOVE eggs and breakfast), which is probably why my dream recall is good, especially when actively dream journaling. I remembered a good amount of my dreams anyway the morning after when not actively pursuing lucid dreaming, but its even better now while journaling throughout the night and morning, and proactively trying to stay mindful and lucid during the day. Plus all the dream talk and lessons every day lately have brought the topic to the forefront of my mind again lol
I'm planning on this time to actually make lucid dreaming a relatively consistent and regular part of my life as opposed to last time where I stopped for an extended period of time, just due to being busy. Want to transition from an explorer to a resident!
At the moment eggs are a bit difficult to get at times so I've run out a couple of times but I go for two in a day if I can.
