Okay. This is the best thread I've seen Today (note that this is the first time I've been on here in a long time, I'm embarrased to admit lol). I love all things Potterverse and this list of spells is amazing. I'm about to sleep so I'll dive in fully later on.
There are not ALL possible spells from the Harry Potter universe, just a few that I thought might be helpful or fun for building and especially reframing your dream. I have NOT included spells that torture, harm or kill. (Aka the Unforgivables.) Feel free to suggest spells that also might be useful.

...summons objects. They don't need to be in your line of sight, you just picture the object as clearly as you can and then say "Accio [name of object]". Then it will zoom towards you.
Alohomora
...opens locked doors and locked objects in general.
Amato Animo Animato Animagus – this spell is not ALL that is needed to actually become an animagus (it's a complicated process!). The animagus potion alone is also not sufficient, but I suggest that you take liberties in your dream and just pretend that either the spell or the potion are enough.
...turns you into an animagus, a wizard that can turn into a specific animal and back. Cheetah, anybody? ;-)
Aparecium
...reveals secret messages. For example, this might be a means to reframe the direction of a dream. Oh look, this secret message just happens to tell me where to find a pirate's treasure. Argh, matey.
Arresto Momentum
...slows down one or multiple moving target(s). You can also cast it on yourself, so you could, for example, jump from a skyscraper and then slow your fall. (REALTY TEST FIRST!)
Ascendio
...propels the caster straight up into the air. If used underwater, it will propel you out of the water. If you are somebody like me, who has trouble getting airborne when trying to fly in a dream, this might give you a good start.
Avifors ...transforms target (can be yourself) into a bird. Well, another option if you find flying hard in your lucids.
Avis
...summons a flock of birds. Because why not?
Cantis
...causes target to burst into song. Turn your dream characters into a choir, for example.
Carpe Retractum
...conjures a rope of light that you can use to pull objects or people towards yourself, or to pull yourself towards an unmovable target.
Colovaria ...changes the color of a target.
Defodio
...dig through or carve into an object. Might be useful to get through a wall, for example, or you could etch "Are you dreaming?" into an object that features in your dreams often.
Deprimo
...blasts holes in or through the ground. Want to get to a lower floor of the building you're in quickly? Deprimo.
Descendo ...causes an object to fall downwards or change the direction of stairs that previously lead up to lead down.
Diminuendo
...shrinks a target (can be an object or a living target).
Draconifors
...turns target into a dragon!
Duro
...turns target to stone.
Engorgio ...opposite of Diminuendo: causes target to swell in size.
Evanesco
...vanishes a target into non-being.
Expecto Patronum ...conjures a spirit guardian in animal form that is the manifestation of a strong positive memory or feeling. It protects the caster and can also be used to send messages.
Expelliarmus
...whatever the target is holding, flies out of their hands.
Finestra
...shatters glass. Another one that might be useful to make shortcuts in your dreams.
Finite Incantatem
...cancels all spells in close proximity to the caster.
Flagrate
...write with fire in mid-air.
Glisseo
...flattens the steps of a stairway so that it becomes a slide. Fun!
Homenum Revelio
...reveals human presence in the vicinity of the caster. Could be great for reframing if you want to meet a specific person in your dream!
Impedimenta
...stops or slows down a target. I'm not sure if there is a difference to Arresto Momentum. (Does anybody know?)
Incendio ...fire-making spell.
Lapifors
...turns target into a rabbit.
Legilimens
...read the mind of the person this is cast upon, including memories, thoughts, and emotions. Also good for reframing. Pretend that this person knows the secret passageway to the place you want to go to, for example.
Lumos ...makes the top of your wand light up.
Nox
...counter to lumos, extinguishes the light of your wand tip.
Partis Temporus ...causes a gap in the target for a short time, can be used to pass through walls, ice, fire etc.
Point Me
...makes the caster's want point north.
Portus
...turns an object into a portkey, which then transports everybody who touches it to a specific location. This should be AWESOME to get to hard to reach locations in your dream.
Protego ...conjures an invisible shield which protects against spells as well as against phsyical attacks.
Reducto
...breaks objects or even disintegrated them.
Reparo
...repairs broken objects.
Scourgify ...cleans objects. Hey, might come in handy, who knows.
Wingardium Leviosa ...levitates objects.
